– My role, as a mother, is to make sure that the children do not forget what daddy was like. Every night we talk about it, we shout: “daddy, we love you” – this is what the widow of Mr. Rafał, who died two months ago in an accident on Trasa Łazienkowska in Warsaw, says. The car in which the whole family was traveling was rammed by Łukasz Ż with his car. On November 14, the man will be sent from Germany straight into the hands of the Polish services.
On November 14, the German police will hand over Łukasz Ż., the perpetrator of the tragic accident on Trasa Łazienkowska in Warsaw, to Polish investigators.
Two months ago caused a fatal accident in which a 37-year-old man died. The perpetrator of the accident was banned from driving by the court. Most likely drunk, he was rushing to another club with a group of friends. Mr. Rafał was traveling in a properly running car with his family – his wife Ewelina and two children. Mrs. Ewelina and the children also suffered in the accident.
After the tragedy on Trasa Łazienkowska, Mr. Rafał's entire family is in mourning. WITH The victim's mother was interviewed by a reporter from “Uwagi!” TVN Tomasz Patora. – There is such an order that children bury their parents, not the children's parents. I will never come to terms with this, says Mrs. Bożena.

Małgorzata Prochal, a reporter of the “Black and white” program on TVN24, talked to the widow of the man who died in the accident. – I would like him (the perpetrator of the accident – ed.) to see my eyes, which are constantly glazing over at the moment. I would like him to realize that he actually hurt a person, a family, people. Because there are many of us who suffer the loss of Rafał, says Mrs. Ewelina.
– My role as a mother now is to make sure that the children do not forget what daddy was like. Not only in the image of a photo or video, but also by remembering what we did together. Every night we talk about it, every night we shout to dad: “good night, daddy, we love you,” the woman adds.

The woman also greatly appreciates the help the family received after the tragedy.
– I am very impressed how within a few hours my family, my husband's family, our friends, neighbors, acquaintances, and even my son's kindergarten teachers were able to come together so well and communicate so well that our children, every day, every they had someone at their bedside at night. This is so important for these little hearts and these little heads, but also for me – admits Mrs. Ewelina.
A hearing of the perpetrator of the accident is scheduled for November 15. – What would I expect? The highest penalty possible in our country – says Ms. Bożena.
The maximum penalty for a fatal hit-and-run, driving without a license as part of a recidivism, leaving the scene of an accident, or failing to help the injured is eighteen years in prison.
