Ewa Ewart and Magda Łucyan awarded for promoting climate activity

According to the organizers of the PRECOP conference, the Green Changer awards are awarded to “individuals, project authors and institutions promoting climate activity and a sustainable lifestyle, as well as ventures, projects and ideas that serve the environment.”

Ewa Ewart received an award for her documentary “To the Last Drop”, which was co-produced with TVN24.

The painting reveals the global costs and consequences of destroying nature “in the name of progress.” It is a story about helplessness and desperation, but also about determination and hope. It talks not only about rivers, but also about people who try to save rivers and raise awareness of why the problem is so important.

By showing the fight for clean and healthy rivers, the documentary inspires and shows that we too can contribute to solving this crisis. The film was shot in Canada, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Albania and Poland, and was shot by Mateusz Kruszelnicki and Wiktor Strumiłło, TVN24 operators.

The film was awarded, among others, at festivals in Hamburg and Sandomierz.

Magda Łucyan, a journalist of “Fakty” TVN and TVN24, received an award for her program “Talks about the end of the world”, in which she “uses an innovative, viewer-engaging formula to increase our climate awareness.”

– (Climate change – ed.) is a topic that moves me deeply, which is why I have made it my goal to talk about it and raise awareness. Therefore, I am even more happy that there are more and more people on the other side of the screen for whom this topic is important, said Łucyan, accepting the award.
