The sale of apartments has started: In February 2025, developers sold over 3.5 thousand flats – reports Otodom Analytics. As we read, the initial reading of data from market monitoring announces sales best from spring 2024. After correction, the reading should not fall below 3.3 thousand. apartments within the city limits, and the result will still be Fr. 20-25 percent higher than in January (although February was a short month, and at that time there were holidays in Warsaw, where the largest housing market in Poland is located).
What supply? In February 2025, the developers operating on seven markets introduced for sale within the city limits 3.2 thousand flats. It's 18 % less than in January. “The combination of both, adorned with movements in reservations, meant that the number of apartments in the offer increased to record 57.3 thousand pieces. In terms of agglomerations and houses, developers offer seven markets 83.4 thous. residential properties ” – explains Otodom Analytics.
Decrease in housing prices in one city: At the end of February, the highest increase in prices year -on -year was in Krakow (+8 percent). On the other side there was a Tri -City (+0.5 percent). However, in Poznań, in annual terms, the average offer prices of development apartments are today 0.8 percent lower than a year ago.
