1. Romanowski will not go to jail
Law and Justice MP Marcin Romanowski, who was detained in connection with an investigation into the Justice Fund, was released just before midnight on Tuesday by decision of the District Court for Warsaw-Mokotów.
The reason – as Romanowski stated – is his immunity as a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
