The upcoming night and Wednesday morning in a part of the country will again bring temperature drops below zero. The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) warns against frosts in six voivodships.
Synoptics of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued first degree warnings on a three -stage, growing scale.
IMGW warnings – frost
First degree alarms before frosts apply in voivodships:
- Podlasieexcept for several poviats in the west of the region;
- Mazowieckiein the Łosice poviat;
- Lublinexcept for several poviats in the west of the region;
- Podkarpackiein poviats in the southern part of the region;
- Lesser Polandin the south of the province;
- Silesianin Żywiec and Cieszyn poviats.
A decrease in air temperature to about 2-1 degrees Celsius is forecast, and at the ground to -3/-2 degrees C.
Alarms will apply between 23 o'clock on Tuesday and 7 on Wednesday.

What is the first -degree IMGW meteorological warning
The first degree warning provides for conditions conducive to the occurrence of dangerous meteorological phenomena that can cause material losses and a threat to health and life.
