The Minister of Development and Technology Krzysztof Paszyk announced the sealing of legal gaps used by “pathodewelopers”. As he said, this is a shadow all over the industry.

Two stages of the “key to apartment” project
The minister also referred to the residential development support program announced by the Ministry of Development and Technology. – The “key to apartment” project will be implemented with two laws. The head of the ministry announced that the second draft law will also go to the list of government's work in the near future, which is to implement “the program regarding the support of all those of all Polish women and Poles who want to live in an apartment being their property.”
Paszyk emphasized that the project will include new solutions, but using good experiences obtained during the implementation of the “Apartment for Young” program. He pointed out that thanks to him 150,000 Families live in its apartments, and the program itself did not contribute to the increase in prices. – We want to support 40,000 people every year with a new program – he announced.
The minister also referred to the attention that the announcements of the introduction of a new support program for buyers cause an increase in housing prices. – According to the data I have, we are dealing with price stabilization. We have a number of solutions that are to counteract prices, including the quarterly limit of the considered applications and the price limit per square meter – he pointed out.
Higher expenses for housing
The “First Keys” program is to apply to an income limit; For one person it will be 6.5 thousand. PLN net, and for a double farm – 9.5 thousand zloty. The program subsidy program is to enter into force in the fourth quarter of 2025 and apply to premises from the secondary market.
On Tuesday, the government dealt with a draft amendment prepared by the Ministry of Development on social forms of residential development and some other acts. The project provides, among others Increasing the maximum limit of the state budget expenditure, to which the subsidy fund can be fed for the intended use for the social and municipal construction program (BSK), as well as the program of social renting (SBC).
In February, Minister Paszyk informed during the presentation of the “Key to apartment” program that the Ministry of Development wants to allocate PLN 2.5 billion in municipal and social housing in 2025.
