A study that the international Personnel Consulting Company ManpowerGroup conducted among 1050 companies showed that as many as 86 percent of German enterprises report problems with filling vacancies. This means that within ten years, the deficiency of qualified employees increased more than twice, reported on Thursday the daily “Tagesspiegel”.
