The incident occurred on Saturday after 10 a.m. in the town of Golcowa in the Brzozów district in Podkarpacie.
As senior captain told us Wojciech Sobolak, press officer of the district commander of the State Fire Service in Brzozów, the accident occurred during the construction of a well, at a depth of five or six meters.
