A mysterious object reminiscent of a sheet was found by the owner of the field in Gołuski near Poznań. He admitted that he noticed him two weeks ago, but at first he did not associate it with any pieces of Falcon 9 rocket. According to the preliminary findings of the services, it could be its fragment.

Firefighters from OSP Palędza were first directed, and then firefighters from Poznań, including a chemical rescue group.

At first, both the guard and the police doubted it would be a fragment of a rocket. – It actually looks like a metal sheet, but whether it was once a part of the rocket, I have a doubt – said the junior inspector Andrzej Borowiak, spokesman for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Poznań.

After seeing the object and after preliminary findings, it was found that it could actually be a fragment of a rocket.

– A strange metal object was in the arable field near Dopiewie. It is made of metal. In appearance, there is a completely different tanks than previously found. However, we suppose that it may come from the Falcon 9 rocket – said Andrzej Borowiak.

He has been lying for at least two weeks

A secured sheet -like object has dimensions of 50 by 100 centimeters. Will go to a police deposit. Further research will be conducted.

– The owner of the field noticed “It's” two weeks ago, but he did not associate it with possible pieces of Falcon falling from the orbit. Only now, when the weather has improved and the time of care of field care came, did he think that “it could be” and called – explained Borowiak.

A spokeswoman for the Polish Space Agency (Polsa) Agnieszka Gapys confirmed that the Polsa employee is where the object was found. – As in the case of previous finds, our employee is in place, he will make the right documentation – she said.

She added that in the case of this find “it is quite difficult, because this object is not similar to those previously found that looked – as you can see in the pictures – like tanks. That's why you will need a deeper analysis and sending this documentation to Spacex”.

Polsa is still waiting for the official response of SpaceX about whether the objects found so far in Greater Poland are actually fragments of the Falcon 9 rocket.

Finding the next item was announced on Saturday, March 22 – it was found in the forest near the town of Krzyżkko in the poviat Międzychodzki. On February 19, over the atmosphere, a member of the Falcon 9 r/b rocket from Spacex Elona Musk entered the atmosphere over Poland, which was confirmed by the Department of Space Security of the Polish Space Agency. A member of the rocket with a mass of about 4 tons came from the SpaceX mission Starlink Group 11-4, which launched on February 1 from the air base in California.
