Before Saturday, you could hope that the white and red would improve. After all, poor qualifications could be caused by the so -called “Form of the day”. Before today's World Cup competition in Lake Placid, a trial series took place, which brought us answers to some smoking questions before the start of the individual competition and allowed us to adapt expectations.
Jakub Wolny did much better than on Friday, who jumped at a distance of 123.5 meters (in qualifying only 106 meters). Again, a poor jump was given by Piotr Żyła, who landed on 108 meters. Dawid Kubacki He got a slightly worse note from free and jumped at a distance of 122 meters – 9 meters better than in qualifying.
Aleksander Rzeczczoł, who was the best Polish jumper on Friday, in a trial series jumped up to 128 meters! After his jump, the Pole was the best in the stake. He did not keep his first position to the end, but he was the best Polish jumper in it – he finally took sixth place.
