In July, he was placed under police supervision for violating the physical integrity of an acquaintance, stealing her car worth PLN 300,000 and possessing a significant amount of cocaine. However, the 41-year-old did not comply with the ban on contact with the injured party, did not report to the police station and again had drugs at home. This time, he was temporarily arrested.
At the end of June, a woman came to the Bielany police station to report that her acquaintance had stolen her BMW worth 300 thousand złoty. He had also violated her physical integrity and thrown various objects at her.
– The case was immediately taken up by Bielany police officers from the criminal department. They very quickly determined where the 41-year-old was and arrested him a few days later. He was in possession of a car stolen from a woman. During a search of the man's apartment, the police found almost 200 grams of white powder – informs in a statement Sub-Inspector Elwira KozÅ‚owska, press officer of the district police commander of Warsaw V (Bielany and Å»oliborz).

The man was placed in a police cell, and the seized drugs were tested and found to be cocaine.
He ignored the first charges, heard the next ones and was arrested.
The evidence collected by Bielany police officers, under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office of Warsaw Żoliborz, allowed the 41-year-old to be charged with violating the physical integrity of an acquaintance, stealing her car worth PLN 300,000 and possessing a significant amount of cocaine. The man was then placed under police supervision and banned from contacting the injured party.
– It turned out that the man did not care about the ban on contacting the injured party. He wrote her an e-mail and appeared at her workplace. Moreover, he never once showed up for the applied supervision. He was detained by Bielany detectives, who found drugs at his place of residence again, this time heroin – adds Senior Inspector Elwira KozÅ‚owska.
At the request of the prosecutor, the court imposed a three-month arrest on the man. For the crime he committed, the man could face a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
