A resident of Woodford, Kentucky, saved several cats and kittens from houses flooded during floods. When his neighbors escaped from great water in panic, the man went to the rescue of the left furrows.

For several days, the central and eastern regions of the United States have been struggling with a wave of flood storms with heavy rainfall. The National Meteorological Service has published over 800 reports regarding flooding in 16 states – said Fox Weather. The cataclysm affected, among others, the Woodford's Fountain in Kentucky.

One of its inhabitants showed a heroic attitude. When others left their homes in panic, the man with the help of a rented boat went to the rescue left to the fate of furries.

“You can't make fun of someone who left the animal and took the family with him, but that's why we came here,” Smith said.

In an interview with the American media, he emphasized that he did not hesitate to enter the action. Together with his friend he spent hours in search of animals. In many places, water reached into windows and roofs. Terrified animals “cried” for help.
