Barbara Skrzypek, long -time associate of the president PIS Jarosław Kaczyńskidied on Saturday, March 15. A few days earlier, on Wednesday, March 12, she was interrogated as a witness in the investigation of Srebrna. The interrogation at the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw was led by prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek. PiS politicians, including party leader Jarosław Kaczyński, believe that there is a relationship between the interrogation of Barbara Skrzypek and her death.

As Gazeta Wyborcza wrote on Monday, The testimonies of the violinist in the prosecutor's office were “uncomfortable” for Jarosław Kaczyński. The PiS president talked to her by phone after interrogation. He informed about the fact that this conversation occurred after her death.

On Tuesday afternoon, the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw published Protocol from the audition of the violinist. Later that day, “GW” published a text in which it was noted that “Barbara Skrzypek during the interrogation testified that she had granted the power of attorney to Jarosław Kaczyński as a foundation owned by Silver”, but “did not authorize him to represent her own shares in the company.”

“It is this fragment of Barbara Skrzypek's interrogation is problematic for the PiS president,” the newspaper emphasizes.

As we read in the article, “the former head of the Law and Justice office served two roles in Srebrna.” “She was the representative of the Lech Kaczyński Foundation (with 97 % shares in Srebrna), and at the same time with her son had three shares in this company” – he stated.

“On page 6 (protocol – ed.), When the interrogated answers the questions of Jacek Dubois, we read, among others: 'I was the Foundation's Plenipotentiary and I represented the Lech Kaczyński Institute at the General Meeting of the Company's partners 'GW' – ed.

And he notes: “At the same time, Barbara Skrzypek says: 'I have never exercised voting rights of these two shares that I have in the Srebrna company. After the power of attorney to Jarosław Kaczyński (JW. The competence for this kind of issues was just overwhelmed by the power of attorney, when the meetings and the arrangements with Mr. Birgfelllem (JW. – ed.) (…) who was agreed to the implementation of the development project in the form of two towers.

According to “Gazeta Wyborcza”, “that the power of attorney only concerned the Foundation, not shares, Barbara Skrzypek also spoke, answering the questions of Krystian Lasik.”

Another fragment of the protocol was quoted here, which reads: “I granted a substitution power of attorney to one -time representation of the Lech Kaczyński Institute Foundation for a specific meeting of partners.”

He explains elsewhere: “As a shareholder of the Srebrna company, I was not informed about the activities taken by Mr. Birgfellner (JW.

The newspaper reminds that “when on February 2, 2018 Kaczyński convened an extraordinary meeting of partners, he had a power of attorney issued by Barbara Skrzypek as a representative of the Foundation”, but “he did not have her power of attorney as the owner of shares.” “Meanwhile, at the assembly, he reported that he represents 100 % of shareholders,” wrote “GW”.

“As we wrote on Monday, such a discrepancy does not result in serious accusations against Kaczyński. At most, this could be the basis for annulment of the assembly, but it would only matter if the investment began as a result of the resolutions adopted there, i.e. the construction of the famous two towers. As we know, this project was not implemented” – reminded.

Meanwhile Patron Jacek Dubois – Plenipotentiary of Austrian businessman Gerald Birgfelllerwho took part in the interrogation of Barbara Skrzypek as a witness in the case of “two towers” and the Srebrna company – also referred to the issue of the power of attorney in “Yes it is” on TVN24.

He was asked if the violinist gave them to Kaczyński and when. – This is, to be honest, first for our thread completely irrelevant – the lawyer said. And he added at the same time: – There was probably talk of the company's general meeting (Srebrna – ed.), Where she (violinist – ed.) At first she was the Foundation's representative (Institute of Lech Kaczyński – ed.) And she transferred the power of attorney to represent the Foundation to Mr. Kaczyński.

– But she was a two -percent shareholder and she said that she knew nothing about the meeting of partners who took place. And this assembly could take place only with the notification and the presence of all capital. So if she says she doesn't know about something where all the capital was, it sounded a certain dissonance. But it was quite irrelevant for us – Dubois continued. The host of the program asked that therefore, it could be said that the violinist had somehow burdened Jarosław Kaczyński's testimony. – We enter the sphere very much, so to speak, evidence of evidence.
