Wojciech Balczun became the new president of the Industrial Development Agency – according to a message posted on the ARP website. In addition, it was reported that the agency has four new vice presidents.
As reported in the press release, vice presidents are Ilona Deęgowska, Radosław Niedzielski, Łukasz Kotapski and Krzysztof Telega.
At the beginning of February 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Industry Development Agency dismissed the position of President Michał Dąbrowski and announced the qualification procedure for the new president and vice presidents of the company.

Who is Wojciech Balczun
“Wojciech Balczun is an experienced high -level manager with an established position in the transport and banking industry, specializing in the restructuring of enterprises and international trade” – transferred to the ARP website.
“He was the president of the board of PKP Cargo and Ukrzalizni (Ukrainian railways). He graduated from political science at the University of Silesia in Katowice and MBA post -graduate studies at the Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University” – added.
