- Although the so -called Kamilka's laws have been in force for a year and were to help protect children from violence, we still hear about dramatic stories, like the one with an almost starved 3.5-year-old from Zielona Góra or a tortured 5-year-old from Gniezno.
- At the same time, some teachers, instructors and parents complain that instead of helping, they make them work with children.
- The Ministry of Justice has prepared a number of changes to improve the situation.
