– We don't choose an actor in a casting, it's not a movie. We are choosing a person who will make dramatically important decisions – said Joanna Mucha, deputy minister of education from Poland 2050, in “Fakty po Faktach” on TVN24. She stated that Karol Nawrocki “is a civic candidate in the sense that he is the candidate of Kaczyński's citizen.” – These are not elections for Mr. Poland, but for the president – added Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz, an MEP from the Civic Coalition.
– Oh Karol Nawrocki we know even less than we knew Andrzej Duda in 2015, but we know one thing for sure. He is simply a pawn on Kaczyński's chessboard and will fulfill his will PiSand Kaczyński – said Gasiuk-Pihowicz.
She assessed that Nawrocki “is a ticking time bomb that may blow up our security and stability of the state.” This man has already shown some direction. Taking out EU flags (in front of the World War II museum – ed.) is an obvious symbol that he is an anti-EU politician, said the MEP.
She emphasized that “in these times, to have a president who questions the alliances that provide us with a sense of security is madness.”
Mucha: he will adopt whatever views are needed
The conversation also brought up Nawrocki's views, which the candidate is reluctant to share for now. – I am deeply convinced that we are simply dealing with a chameleon who will adopt whatever views are needed – said Mucha. She added that Nawrocki's views would be “what PiS finds out from its research.”
– He is a citizen's candidate in the sense that he is Kaczyński's citizen's candidate – said Mucha.
