A 39-year-old woman whose body was found in one of the apartments in the Polanka housing estate in Krosno had traces of abuse on her body. The prosecutor's office detained a man who stayed with her in the apartment and may be related to the death of a 39-year-old.

The incident occurred on March 26 around midnight. Krosno policemen were then alerted by the neighbors with a row in a multi -family building at ul. Szklarska in Krosno. They were worried about the sounds of the staircase. After reaching a place in one of the apartments, the officers found the corpse of a 39-year-old woman.

The investigation in this case is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Krosno. It was initiated from Article 155 of the Penal Code, which concerns the unintentional causing of death, art. 162 pairs 1. KK, which concerns not helping and art. 207 parish 1 of the Penal Code, which concerns abuse of a 39-year-old.

Traces of abuse on the body

As reported by Marta Kolendowska-Matejczuk, spokeswoman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Krosno, during the autopsy of the woman's body, injuries were found indicating the use of violence against her.

“Preliminary findings indicate that the death of a woman followed the most likely multi -organ injuries resulting from a fall from a high height, i.e. from the balcony of the premises located in a block of flats located in Krosno,” said the spokeswoman.

The police stopped the man

A man who stayed in the apartment was detained in the case when the police found the corpse of a 39-year-old in him.

“Due to the good of the investigation, further information at its current stage will not be provided,” said prosecutor Kolendowska -Matejcz.
