The police detained a 19-year-old who exceeded the speed by 53 kilometers per hour, and used the phone while driving. The man received a high mandate and lost his driving license. As it turned out, not for the first time.

Last week, in the town, large officers of the Piaseczno roadway drew attention to the BMW driver who used the phone while driving. As commissioner Magdalena Gąsowska from the Poviat Police Headquarters in Piaseczno, the driver not only did not look at road signs, but did not notice the patrol.

– The officers measured the speed at which the driver was moving. The meter indicated 103 kilometers per hour, with a limited limitation to 50. It quickly came to light that the first offense of a young man was not. The 19-year-old has already lost his driving license for exceeding 24 penalties. It happened in July 2024 – explained the subcommised commissioner Gąsowska.

He lost his driving license again

The man regained his permissions in October last year after passing the exam. Now he will lose them again.

– The 19-year-old for exceeding the speed limit received a penalty fine of up to PLN 3,000 and 13 penalty points, and this is because he committed the offense under recidivism! In addition, he had to pay PLN 500 for using the phone while driving, and 12 penalties hit his account. As a result, he again exceeded the limit of 24 points, which means the need to take the driving test again – summed up the spokeswoman for Piaseczno policemen.
