Policemen from Łódź detained a 33-year-old man suspected of attempted the murder of a 41-year-old. The man beat his victim with a shovel and sector.

The incident occurred on April 15 in an abandoned building in Bałut. A 33-year-old from sight of him entered the vacancy in which the 41-year-old stayed. After a short conversation, a argument for a backpack came between them. The 41 -year -old was attacked by an aggressor – he was beaten with a shovel and a senior for the body. After the incident, the attacker escaped.

Allegation of attempted murder

According to aspirant Kamila Sowińska from the NMP in Łódź, the injured man was conscious after the incident and called for help. – he was heard by a witness who alerted the emergency services. Initially, the victim was conscious and talked to rescuers and police officers – he was transported to the hospital. Due to the man's health, the procedural actions have not been performed with him so far – says the policewoman.

Policemen began to look for the perpetrator of the 41-year-old beating. – The next day from the incident, the 33-year-old was detained near Zgierska Street in Łódź. In view of the suspect, at the request of the prosecutor, the court applied a preventive measure in the form of detention on remand for the next three months – sums up aspirant Kamila Sowińska. For attempted murder, a man is punishable by even lifetime imprisonment.
