Macron heads to New Caledonia as Australia and New Zealand evacuate residents after lethal riots | World Information

Emmanuel Macron is to go to New Caledonia following lethal riots within the French abroad territory.

Australian international minister Penny Wong mentioned Australia had acquired clearance from French authorities for 2 evacuation flights.

A Royal Australian Air Power C-130 Hercules touched down within the capital Noumea. The airplane can carry 124 passengers, based on the Defence Division.
