Drunk driver and without a driving license

At that time, Kozienice police officers submitted to the court a request for punishment for driving without authorization, for which he was banned from driving for a year.

Accused passenger

The prosecutor also accused the participant of the accident Jacek L., who was traveling with Sławomir S. as a passenger. The 26-year-old escaped from the scene of the accident without helping the injured persons. The man will answer with a free foot. He faces up to three years in prison.
