He interrupted the approach and went into a holding position over Mińsk Mazowiecki. He landed safely at 10:41, without announcing an alarm or a state of standby, Anna Dermont told journalists.

– Due to a technical fault and lack of service in Sharm el-Sheikh, the plane was returned to Warsaw. The machine will be replaced with another copy and will continue the flight to Egypt – said Krzysztof Moczulski, spokesman for PLL LOT. Interestingly, the airline's representative did not provide any details about the detected defect.
