3) Do state bodies currently take action to implement the European Commission guidelines as to the implementation of the Pact, such as the construction of foreigners' integration centers? How many such centers are being created? How are they financed?

4) What actions were taken as part of the Polish Presidency to change the position of the European Commission and obtain financial support for the construction of border security to ensure the security of the EU external border? “
