Leszek K. and Michał S. have recently held directorships in the state-controlled Polska Grupa Energetyczna. Both are facing prosecutorial charges for their activities in Orlen from years ago. The prosecutor's office is taking preventive measures against the directors, Wirtualna Polska reported on Monday.
