Policemen from Piaseczno (Mazowieckie) detained a 43-year-old who attacked the courier, and then snatched the payment terminal to him. In addition, the man had drugs with him. By the court's decision, the suspect was detained on remand.

The case began with phone to an emergency number. The duty officer of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Piaseczno received a notification from Kurier, who in Stara Iwiczna recognized the perpetrator of the attack.

He followed the aggressor

– According to the injured party's account, the man approached him, unexpectedly began to choke him, and then pulled out the payment terminal and escaped. The victim decided to get into the car and follow the man. When he noticed him at one of the stores, he immediately informed the policemen about it – said the spokeswoman of the Piaseczno police, commissioner Magdalena Gąsowska. She added that police officers of the patrol and intervention paper were sent to the place, who in a short time reached the indicated place. The victim told the officers in detail about the course of the incident that took place in one of the housing estates in Piaseczno.

He didn't know why he attacked

– It turned out that the whole matter is a 43-year-old Ukrainian citizen. During the conversation, the man confessed to robbery, but he could not explain why he did it. He only stated that he threw the stolen terminal somewhere under a large tree, because he didn't need anything. It quickly came to light that it was not one that the man had on his conscience. The officers, in the 43-year-old jacket pocket, found drugs that after the study turned out to be marijuana. The man was detained and spent the night in a police cell – pointed out the commander -in -chief of the detainees, the charge of robbery, as well as having intoxicants. – By decision of the District Court in Piaseczno, the detained man was temporarily arrested for the next three months – noted the policewoman.
