An 18-year-old driving his BMW sideways, paying no attention to other cars and pedestrians, was recorded by cameras in one of the Otwock parking lots.

– He posed a real threat in road traffic. He was fined two PLN 400 and 30 points. If a driver exceeds the limit of 24 penalty points, the police sends a request for a qualification check. Therefore, the 18-year-old will have to forget about driving his BMW for the foreseeable future, says the junior asp. Patryk Domarecki from the police in Otwock.

A driver who has had a driving license for over a year and has exceeded the limit of 24 penalty points is detained by the police and must again undergo psychological tests and a qualification test (theoretical and practical). If you fail the exam or psychological tests, your driving license will be revoked. If the driver passes the examination and exam, he or she regains his or her driving license.
