According to the BBC, citing the Los Angeles district attorney's office, the murder of Paul Lowe his 19-year-old son Emir was charged.
American media report that “witnesses saw a white man who drove away from the scene in a car and then collided with another vehicle“. The sheriff's office said he was in custody.
The murdered man's son is to appear in court in… West Covin still on Wednesday.
