On Friday, at the Katowice prosecutor's office, activities involving Paweł S. continued for about five hours. After 4 p.m., attorney Adam Klepczyński from the Dubois i Wspólnicy law firm, who represents Paweł S, appeared in front of the building with a short message for the media.
He informed that the activities with his client “will continue”, but have ended for today. – Paweł S. referred to the charges brought against him – he said. In other matters, the attorney kept the proceedings confidential and referred questions to the prosecutor's office.

On Thursday, Paweł S. was charged in the Katowice prosecutor's office with participation in an organized criminal group and money laundering.
The National Prosecutor's Office informed that he had submitted explanations, but did not disclose their content. His defense attorney, attorney Jacek Dubois, said the interrogation was “exhausting” and his client had “a sleepless night.”
