Policemen from Piaseczno detained a driver who almost led to a collision with another vehicle. It turned out that the 49-year-old was drunk. His behavior on the road can be seen on the recording.

Commissioner Magdalena Gąsowska from the Poviat Police Headquarters in Piaseczno reported that the incident occurred on Wednesday, June 4, at Jarząbka Street in Piaseczno. Only now officers inform about the case and show the recording on which you can see how the situation was described.

“The Renault driver suddenly began to go down to the opposite lane and almost collided with another driver. He managed to avoid it only thanks to the rapid reaction of the Ford driver. The behavior of a man sitting behind the wheel of Renault clearly indicated that he could be under the influence of alcohol. In the place of alcohol, officers of the Piaseczno road were immediately called. A sobriety of a man ” – reported a policewoman.

Over two per mille

Suspicions were confirmed. “A 49 -year -old Ukrainian citizen had more than two per mille of alcohol in his breath. Therefore, his vehicle was towed to the police deposit parking lot, and the man was detained by a driving license” – said Gąsowska. And she added that now the 49-year-old will be responsible for driving in a state of intoxication. He faces three years in prison.

She also appealed to all road users for reason, responsibility and response in case of noticing drunk drivers. “Thanks to such attitudes, we can jointly care for safety on our roads,” she emphasized.
