The context shows that these terms fell at prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek, who interrogated the violinist a few days earlier. Barbara Skrzypek, longtime collaborator of the PiS president Jarosław Kaczyńskidied on Saturday, March 15. The interrogation at the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw was led by prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek. On Tuesday afternoon, the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw published a report from the violinist interrogation. Later that day, “Gazeta Wyborcza” published a text in which it was noted that “Barbara Skrzypek during the interrogation testified that she had granted a power of attorney to JarosÅ‚aw KaczyÅ„ski as a foundation owned by Silver”, but “did not authorize him to represent her own shares in the company.” It is this fragment of Barbara Skrzypek's interrogation that is problematic for the PiS president “ – emphasizes the newspaper.
Prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek on Monday assured that the witness and her representative did not submit comments as to the course of the interrogation and that it took place in a friendly atmosphere. The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, as well as Wrzosek, announced legal steps to people suggesting that there was a relationship between the interrogation and the death of Barbara Skrzypek.
