Today, two witnesses are to appear before the District Court in Poznań.

A third trial is still pending before the death of Ewa Tylman. The case started on October 30, 2024, and on November 12 the parties gave end speeches. It was supposed that the verdict would be passed at the same time. However, this did not happen. The court decided to resume the wire and postponed the trial until January 29, 2025.

The prosecutor's office thought that maybe the court still wants to look at how the procedural experiment was carried out on the Warta and whether the defender Adam Z. was actually informed about these activities. The defense was supposed to put a lot of emphasis on this issue in the end speeches.

Defender of the accused advocate Ireneusz Adamczak, however, emphasized that the Poznań prosecutor's office suffered a “devastating defeat” in this case. He reminded that Adam Z. had already been acquitted twice by the District Court from the allegation of murder with a possible intention, because – as he pointed out – the prosecutor's office “From the beginning she had doubts and had no 100 % certainty or any evidence. “

Ewa Tylman disappeared in November 2015; After a few months, her body was fished out of Warta. Due to the significant distribution of corpses, experts were unable to clearly determine the causes of death. According to the prosecutor's office, on November 23, 2015, Adam Z. pushed Ewa Tylman from the escarpment, and then threw unconscious into the water. The murder accused of him with a possible intention is punishable by up to 25 years in prison or life imprisonment.

The trial of Adam Z. started in January 2017. The case was dealt with by the District Court in Poznań. In April 2019, the court found that Adam Z. did not kill Ewa Tylman and acquitted him from the allegation of murder with a possible intention. In January 2020, the Court of Appeal in Poznań annulled the judgment of the Court of First Instance and managed case for re -examination.

The re -trial of Adam Z. started in March 2021. The prosecutor's office in the final speech requested that Adam Z. be found guilty of the act accused of him and imprisonment of 15 years imprisonment. The defense, in turn, applied for acquittal, the proxies of the auxiliary prosecutor and the accused's guilt.

The judge emphasized, however, that “in the Court's opinion, these evidence also did not allow to assign guilt in the scope of not helping.”
