In February, the Sejm adopted the Act on the recapitalization of the Polish Nuclear Power Plant (PEJ) from the budget of the company up to PLN 60.2 billion, which is to be a contribution to the construction of the first nuclear power plant. The condition of recapitalization is the consent of the EC for public aid.
