Nawrocki was asked if he would stand for a debate with the confederation candidate Sławomir Mentzen and whether there was a “unwritten non -aggression pact” between two candidates.

Asked what he is similar to Mentzen, and what is different from him, the PiS candidate assessed: – I am a completely different man than Sławomir Mentzen with his life path. I am a man who has traveled a long life path and I did not have a Pole Position (the best starting position – ed.) In building my position either financial, nor professional nor political. I think this is the main difference between us.

“I am deeply convinced that if a pedophile raped my brother's daughter, my brother would do everything to make this child grow into a decent man,” Mentzen replied.

Asked by Stanski, whether he really has such radical views that he does not support abortion even in the case of rape, the leader of the confederation replied that “there are one of the rape of rape in Poland a year”, and therefore “the probability that this terrible tragedy will happen to anyone, is minimal.” During the conversation, Mentzen also stated that “he was deeply convinced that innocent children must not be killing, even if this child is associated with some unpleasantness.”
