In early October, a bulk carrier from the fleet PŻM “Jawor” arrived in a Brazilian port Itaqui in Sao Luis for a load of soybeans. He waited for two days at the anchorage, and on October 4, one of the sailors noticed him broken seal at the entrance to one of the empty rooms (so-called void space) between the superstructure and the holds.
