I have been fighting neurosis for several months – admitted Ralph Kaminski in social media. The singer said that he was undergoing treatment and appealed to that people struggling with similar problems “would not be afraid to ask for help.”

On February 23, the World Day of Combating Depression is celebrated. That day, Ralph Kaminski published a post on Facebook in which he wrote that “in 2017 he got depressed.” He emphasized, “he managed to beat her.” However, he confessed later in the post that “he has been fighting neurosis for several months.”

“Last summer I felt that maybe I would never stand on the stage again. I'm not ashamed to talk about it, it's no shame, I am asking for help, I treat myself and I'm on straight. Kaminski publicly said that he was struggling with depression, as early as 2019. While in 2021 gave an extensive interview to Tomasz-Marcin Wronie from tvn24.plin which he told why he initially did not want to admit his problems. – I was afraid that they thought I was too weak to work in my profession, that I would not be able to cope with the challenges through the disease and I would end as an artist – he said. As he curse, “the first episode of depression came when his career just started.”

– It seemed to me that everyone could see that something was wrong and it wasn't. However, I felt very bad when I met people who did not know about my illness, and I couldn't tell them about it. I really wanted to share it with them – he continued.

Kaminski also said that before he experienced depression, it seemed to him that “it was such a state of notorious sadness.” – It turned out that depression is not a sadness, but a total nothingness. It was terrible – he said.
