The convict suffered from mental disorders, which did not promise cure or even improvement. In the prisoner, deep dementia was diagnosed, revealing with complete confusion, disorder, as well as a lack of logical contact” – the prosecutor's office indicated the issued statement.

He replied that “there were many mistakes in this matter.” – And I think that at the level of functioning of various institutions and coordination of activities with each other, as well as at such a communication level, such alerting that this is an important matter and that you should look very carefully about what will happen in the context of suspension of the penalty in relation to Mr. Ryszard – he said.

He added that several institutions were involved in the case. – First of all, it was the District Court in Łódź, which issued a decision in closed session. Secondly, it was a prison in Czarno. Thirdly, we also had a prosecutor's office here, which did not participate in this proceeding, because it was closed, but when she got a decision, she decided that this decision should not be complained – said Bodnar.

– Yesterday I sent a specially prosecutor from the Department of Court Procedure at the National Prosecutor's Office to Łódź to read the files of the proceedings and wait for a comprehensive note in this case – said the minister.

Bodnar also reported that on Thursday to the prison in Czarne, where Cyba was imprisoned, Deputy Minister of Justice Maria Ejchart went
