Remuneration of recruitment and training specialists has increased by 10.5 percent this year – according to the latest report by Grafton Recruitment.
According to the publication entitled “Salaries of recruitment and training specialists”, the demand for employees in HR departments increased by 0.71% in 2024, while earnings on average – by 10.5%.
According to Aneta Mozyrska, manager from Grafton Recruitment, the increase in demand and salaries results from the fact that companies invest in development and training to retain the best specialists and prepare them for future challenges. And such a challenge – as she said – will be acquiring qualified specialists. She also noted that the ongoing digitization of HR processes and the use of AI allow for cost reduction.
Salaries range from PLN 25,000 to PLN 40,000
Currently – as indicated – HR directors in Warsaw can count on remuneration from PLN 25,000. up to 40 thousand PLN gross per month, while in cities such as WrocÅ‚aw or Tricity, the range starts from PLN 18,000. zloty. In the case of operational positions, such as recruiters, earnings in smaller cities range from PLN 6,000. up to 9 thousand PLN, while in larger ones they range from PLN 6,000. up to 13 thousand zloty.
In total – as calculated by the authors of the publication – in the case of HR analysts, the average salary increased by 8.9 percent during the year, and by 8.2 percent for HR and payroll specialists. At the same time, the presented data show, for example, that the automation of some tasks contributed to a 6.1% decline in the earnings of less specialized HR employees.
“The increase in remuneration in areas responsible for analytics is not surprising, employers value skills enabling the development of data regarding employees and HR processes. Increases in remuneration for remuneration and benefits managers (4%) and human resources and payroll managers (5.8%). percent) were moderate, which reflects their stable position on the market,” we read in the report.
The need to optimize pay policies
The report indicates that remuneration in HR departments is evolving along with the growing importance of the position in company strategies. “Dynamic wage increases in the areas of recruitment and employer branding emphasize how important attracting talent has become. At the same time, challenges related to regional wage differences and declines in some areas indicate the need to further optimize pay policies,” the authors concluded.
The Grafton Recruitment report is based on actual offers presented to candidates by Grafton Recruitment clients and the remuneration of recruitment process participants. The analysis covered 499,791 unique ads.
