A 26-year-old resident of Krakow will be responsible for the exposure of passengers and a city bus driver in danger. The man fired a vehicle with pneumatic weapons. The losses were estimated at PLN 20,000.

A dangerous event occurred on March 25 in the morning. The driver and passengers heard the noise, and after a while noticed that the windows were shot.

“The driver stopped the vehicle and made sure that none of the passengers suffered. Then he asked them to leave the vehicle and called for the Movement Supervision Inspector,” says the Małopolska police.

He had weapons and drugs at home

The inspector estimated the losses and notified the police. The officers secured, among others, a record from surveillance cameras and selected a suspicious man living in Śródmieście. They knocked on his door.

“During the conversation with the man, the attention of the uniformed was caught by the pneumatic weapon lying on the countertop with a packet of shot. The police searched the apartment, where they found more than twenty string bags filled with crystalline substance. The pouches were secured and transferred to further analysis, which showed that it is almost 25 grams of mfedron” – we read in the message – police. The weapon will be subject to ballistic analysis.

He is threatened with a prison

The 26-year-old was questioned and confessed to shelling the bus. He heard the allegation of damage to property and the exposure of passengers and the driver to the immediate danger of losing his life or severe damage to health. He was covered by police supervision and a ban on leaving the country.

The crime is threatened with up to five years in prison for the Cracovian alleged. However, because the man acted in recurrent conditions, he must take into account the more severe dimension of punishment.

“The 26-year-old will also not miss criminal liability for having significant amounts of intoxicants, for which he can threaten him up to 10 years in prison. The court will decide about his fate,” says the police.
