Sławomir Mentzen, a candidate of the President's Confederation, filed a lawsuit against the Polish MP, Sławomir Ćwik. He accused Mentzen of embracing funds and avoiding taxes. This is the first such case in the ongoing presidential campaign. Earlier, Mentzen sued the berthin based on the provisions of the Civil Code.

Mentzen accused the ourselves of a lie, to which the Polish MP 2050 replied to Mentzen that “was waiting for a lawsuit” and that “you have (Mentzen – ed.) Such a possibility in the electoral mode.”

Mentzen has published a lawsuit scan against the icing. “See you in court! I applied for the Lord's obligation to pay PLN 50,000 for a collection for flood victims, so you will be the first person in this coalition, who will help them!” – wrote the confederation candidate.

MP Ćwik quickly responded to Mentzen. He wrote that Mentzen “chickened” and accused him that the published document was in the form of a civil lawsuit, not the so -called election lawsuit, i.e. an application for an electoral ruling, provided for by art. 111 of the Electoral Code. According to this provision, the District Court is required to consider the application within 24 hours in non -litigious mode.

Shortly after, Mentzen published an application for an election ruling. It took the form of an electronic document, not a scan. “What an impatient man,” he wrote, referring to the beetroot.

Mentzen's actions were a response to the accusations of MP Ćwik, which he gave on Wednesday from the parliamentary rostrum. – MP Sławomir Mentzen recently boasted that he had gathered a lot and quickly. Maybe he will tell us how he collected PLN 12 million from Poles by a family foundation so as not to pay taxes. Taking advantage of the popularity and trust of Poles, he sold shares with a nominal value of 10 groszy for 36 zlotys each – said Ćwik in the Sejm.
