Firefighters are fighting the fire of the landfill in Sokołów. There are no injured persons, but the services are preparing that the firefighting action can take many hours. This is the second fire in this place in the last two months.

The event was confirmed by the belt officer of the Pruszków fire brigade aspirant Michał Składanowski. – Around 19:00 we received a report about a fire in a waste landfill measuring 60 by 40 meters and a height of 10 meters. Actions of eight fire protection are underway. The police are also on site – the fireman said after 8pm. As he pointed out, nobody suffered in the event. However, due to the nature of this place, the services are prepared for the fact that the firefighting action can take many hours.

In the same place there has been a similar one recently fire. The fire appeared on Sunday, February 16. 23 fire brigades fought with the element at the climax of the firefighting operation. The fire was extinguished until Monday.
