“Something that the president had no idea about”

There was not a word in Dossier about the interview of Karol Nawrocki as Tadeusz Batyr, which was given to PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński. As Konrad Piasecki noted, this matter is “a story that revived the presidential campaign this week.”

Journalists talked in the program “In Kuluari” on TVN24 they talked about the PiS candidate written Karol Nawrocki The book he published in 2018 under the pseudonym Tadeusz Batyr. Nawrocki as Batyr gave several interviews. In one of them – with a changed voice and a blurred face – he spoke about the book for TVP3 Gdańsk, where he favorably expressed about Nawrocki, i.e. himself.

As noted by TVN24 journalist Konrad Piasecki, this is “a story that revived the presidential campaign this week.”

TVN24 reporter Agata Adamek said that Nawrocki's interview “There was not a word in Dossier, which was given to the president of Law and Justice Jarosław Kaczyński”. “Dossier, which was supposed to light red lamps above the head of the potential candidate Karol Nawrocki and warn of what could come to light in his case,” she explained.

Konrad Piasecki pointed out that “it was characteristic of how this case saw the light of day.” – Because in Law and Justice it was already known that this story was swelling and that it would appear in the media at any moment. Some journalists were already around this topic and then Law and Justice decided to fire this story in a friendly portal – said the journalist.

As he said, “we know that such stories start when you know that there is a problem, you know that this problem will explode in a moment, you only need to tame it somehow, drain some air.”

“There is no more fairy tale about a civic candidate”

Radomir Wit said that Nawrocki “is a candidate who is not able to reach the level of support of his own grouping.”

– To such an extent, this is a problem in the staff and for Karol Nawrocki that now (…) there is a top -down order to mark on the posters of Karol Nawrocki that this is a candidate supported by Law and Justice, that this is a candidate of Law and Justice. There is no more fairy tale about a civic candidate – said TVN24 reporter.
