A heating plant overturned in Sosno near Ostrów Wielkopolski. The commune head in an interview with local media reported that there are residents of several nearby blocks without access to heat.
The incident occurred on Saturday after 17. The head of the Sosno Commune Adam Harlak in an interview with Radio Poznań said that the inhabitants of several blocks do not have hot water and heating – a total of about 50 families. The chimney that fell – according to the local government official – in poor technical condition, and the cooperative, which is its owner, was preparing for renovation.

Luckily, the chimney fell over so that nobody was hurt. A host from the Rescue and Firefighting Unit in Ostrów and firefighters from the local TSO participated in the departments. Our activities boiled down to securing the place of the incident. Help for residents
The head of the Sosno Commune Adam Harlak in an interview with a local radio reported that a crisis staff gathered after the incident. The residents have been available to nearby sports facilities so that residents without hot water could use showers there.
