Starlink satellites were visible in the Polish sky on Sunday evening. We received photos of the “space train” on Kontakt24.
On Sunday evening, a “space train” appeared over Poland, i.e. the Starlink satellites from the G10-13 group. They were visible in the sky as a brightly glowing string. According to Karol Wójcicki, popularizer of astronomy, author of the blog “With your head in the stars”, 23 satellites were put into orbit.
“They were launched into orbit on October 30 using a Falcon 9 rocket from Florida. Thanks to the favorable orbit for observers in Poland, for a few more days they will make spectacular flights over our country in the evenings,” wrote Karol Wójcicki on social media. He added that the satellites from the G10-13 group are quite bright, which allows them to be easily observed even from the city.
