Stepan K. was to act on behalf of a Russian intelligence. Adam Bodnar: This is documented

This is an investigation in which the allegation that the prosecutor's office has never informed in Poland before.

– This case has a special dimension, because for the first time we not only have a case regarding sabotage activities, subversive activities or espionage activities, but still from these allegations it is specifically, it is documented that it was inspired by the Russian intelligence – said Adam Bodnar, Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General.

It was at the request of the Russian special services Stepan K. in April last year set fire to a large construction store in Warsaw at Radzymińska Street. During the day he planted a flammable load there, fired him remotely at night.

– Eastern services want to enter our land very much, to our homeland, with acts of saber, sabotage or espionage to attack Poland – pointed out Jacek Dobrzyński, spokesman for the Minister of the Interior and Administration.

The prosecutor's office, who lived in Poland, accused the sabotage of a foreign intelligence – a terrorist offense. He has been punishable by 10 years for life imprisonment.

– The great success of the prosecutor's office of the Organized Crime Division and the Internal Security Agency that the case was brought to this stage, because what we suspected is what we thought was probably happening, now in this case it is documented and may be the subject of this allegation – informs Adam Bodnar.

There was no problem with finding Stepan K. He was in custody in connection with the suspected participation in an organized criminal group that planned sabotage acts in Poland.

– they make confusion. Chaos acts on hand to opponents. Today, what Europe experiences is intimidation – says General Bogusław Pacek, director of the Polish Army Museum.

According to journalists of “Superwizjer”, Stepan K. cooperated with Olgierd L. – a criminal convicted, among others, for beating and basement. It is his name that appears in the report, which according to Onet hit the desk of PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński. Olgierd L. was presented in it as a friend of Karol Nawrocki, a presidential candidate supported by Law and Justice.

– He started his career as a Nazi Skin in the early 2000s. For which he also went to prison. Just after leaving, he founded the pimian group. An extremely dangerous man, assessed as a dangerous, armed bandit in police materials – explained Bertold Kittel, journalist of “Supervisor” TVN.

It was Olgierd L. who founded a motorcycle gang, which included criminals and neo -Nazis. A music video in Westerplatte was shot with their participation, then managed by the Museum of the Second World War, whose director was Karol Nawrocki at the time.

– These were accidental meetings. He took part in the events I organized – commented Karol Nawrocki, president of the Institute of National Remembrance and Law and Justice candidate for president.

In December, Olgierd L. was detained again. In his Gdańsk apartment, the police found, among others, machetes and fascist patches. The prosecutor's office brought him five charges, including participation in an organized criminal group.

– Incoming at least two people, inciting the restaurant, arms trade – said Przemysław Nowak, spokesman for the national prosecutor's office.

It was Stepan K. Olgierd L. who ordered the beating of two people. He did not hear the allegations related to espionage.

– This evidence today gathered in the Lower Silesian Department does not indicate that Olgierd L. performs sabotage or subversive activities. These are strictly criminal crimes – said Dariusz Korneluk, national prosecutor.

Olgierd L. was temporarily arrested. He did not plead guilty.
