A spokeswoman for the command informed that both men – the driver and passenger of Peugeot – were detained by officers who reached the scene. The 40-year-old had 3.1 per mille of alcohol in his body, and a 52-year-old passenger 1.6 per mil. The men were transported to the police detention center.
