Poland from the north is under the influence of the Henry lowland vortex with the center of Scandinavia. At the same time, our country gets from the southwest to the so -called warm slice of lowlands, i.e. in a stream of very warm air from southern Europe and Africa. Today, the temperature in the southwest of the country can locally exceed 25 degrees Celsius – told the synoptic tvnmeteo.pl.

– During the day from the north, a cool atmospheric front is to enter Poland, with a large clouding and storms. In the morning, the front extends over the southern Sweden and Denmark, but during the day he will proceed towards Poland and to cover Pomerania, Warmia, and in the afternoon, Warmia, Masuria and the Lubusz land – added the synoptic.

However, a line of convergence is created in the warm air, i.e. a narrow front with swirling clouds, which around 8 o'clock entered the Szczecin Lowland.

– This front in front of the main cool front can transform into the so -called a line of storms. In the afternoon it can bring locally violent storms with heavy rain, hail and strong gusts of wind at the waist from Masuria, through Kujawy, Mazovia, the Land of Lodz, to Lower Silesia – informed Unton -Pyziołek.

She added that up to 12-13 phenomena, such as fleeting rain or stronger gusts of wind under the swirling clouds of cumulonimbus can occur on the coast, Pomerania and the Gorzów region. – But after 13 o'clock places with rain and wind are to come to carry violent phenomena in late afternoon and evening – she supplemented.

She added that the storms line will reach 19-20 in regions Santa Claus, Olsztyn, Warsaw, Boat, Częstochowa, Opole and Kłodzka.

“The discharges on it will not be violent everywhere, only short, fleeting rain will occur in places,” said Unton -Pyziołek.
