The District Prosecutor's Office in Świdnica initiated an investigation into inadvertent causing death. It is a 39-year-old whose corpse was found on the fence of allotment gardens.

– On April 22, in the morning, one of the bystanders who passed near allotment gardens saw that a man was suspended at the entrance gate – said Marek Rusin, head of the District Prosecutor's Office in Świdnica.
