The accused does not admit

The accused did not admit to the alleged acts. He did not know where the knife had, he claimed that he had found him on the floor. He emphasized that he did not know what he was holding in his hand because he has poor eyesight.

The man was under the influence of alcohol. He claimed that he drank four beers, but medical examinations showed that he had 2.7 per mil of alcohol in his blood.

He came to the ward because he had fallen in front of his door before. Help was called, which brought him to the hospital. At first he behaved aggressively, he was stimulated, which is why the nurses decided to attach him to bed so that he would not pose a threat to himself and others.

The man, however, freed himself from the belts and then there was an attack on the nurse. When the lifeguard heard a scream of one of them, he ran out of another room and then the man attacked him with a knife.
