The Katowice District Prosecutor's Office discontinued two proceedings after an accident caused by Sebastian M. on the A1 motorway near Piotrków Trybunalski, in which a family of three died. A warrant was issued behind the BMW driver, the image of Sebastian M. was revealed to the District Prosecutor's Office in Piotrków Trybunalski accused him of causing a fatal accident, which is punishable by a penalty of up to eight years in prison. The family representative submitted a request to change the qualifications of the act to a higher penalty with a possible penalty with a possible intention.
