MP of the Civic Coalition Dorota Łoboda and Left MP Tomasz Trela ​​commented on Thursday in “Facts after Facts” the latest presidential survey. According to MPs, voters' views are more and more crystallizing.

According to poll Opinion24 for “Facts” TVN and TVN24, the most respondents in the first round would vote for the candidate of the Civic Coalition Rafał Trzaskowski. The President of Warsaw could count on 32 percent support (a decrease by 1 percentage point compared to the previous survey of April 9).

The candidate of Law and Justice came second Karol Nawrockiwhich can count on 26 percent support (an increase by 4 percentage points in relation to the previous study). In the new study he gained the most.

The podium is completed by the confederation candidate Sławomir Mentzen with a score of 15 percent (since the last study the level of support for him has not changed).

“Survey dynamics is governed by its rights”

– We are glad that Rafał Trzaskowski is a leader and we were aware of the fact that the closer to the election date, the differences between the main candidates will flatten that Karol Nawrocki would kill with his support to support Law and Justice and that in the second round this difference will really be small. We said it from the beginning and this is happening – said Łoboda.

She noted that the Civic Coalition “cannot sleep peacefully and must fight until the last day.” – The number of people who are undecided is also reduced and hence these differences are getting smaller, because the closer to the date of their choice, including electoral and voters are already finding their favorites – she added.

According to Trela, “Survey dynamics is governed by its own laws”, and “the closer to the choices, the more these polls will crystallize.” – If I wanted to mathematically approach this, it is the highest growth, because by as much as 100 percent, Mrs. Marshal Magdalena Biejat has, because since from 2 points to 4, it is 100 percent more – he said.

– Yesterday in the survey, Marshal Biejat had 6.8 percent, so these polls are still different, and I think that the culmination of the election campaign will be after the picnic and these will be the last two decisive weeks of the election campaign and a lot can happen – summed up Trela.

“Szymon Hołownia wanted to have some success”

MPs also commented on the words of the Sejm Deputy Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzastywho in “Piasecki's conversation” on Wednesday said that they arranged in the coalition in October that “when it comes to matters related to the presidential campaign, we will not touch things that are very conflict when it comes to our cooperation.” – These were matters related to abortion, these were matters related to the health contribution and these were matters related to health care reform – he added.

– Last year I took part in the meeting as the deputy head of the Left Parliamentary Club with Mr. Minister Domański and then we set the health contribution for this year and there was full agreement and we stopped that we would conduct the discussion about the health premium for 2026 in the second part of the year, i.e. after the presidential election – said Trela. He added, however, that “the pressure and determination of Szymon Hołownia and Poland 2050 was so great that you have to do here and now.”

– As if we looked at it very calmly and very cold, the health premium is to come into force from January 1, 2026, and we have April 2025. There was really nothing to postpone this topic to after the election, sit down and wrap your views. Because I think that Minister Domański is ultimately a supporter of our idea, the idea of ​​the left, to introduce a health tax instead of health contributions, that those who earn little, pay less, and those who earn a lot to pay a lot. And I think it would be a very good solution. Unfortunately, the election campaign is not favorable and Szymon Hołownia He wanted to have some success and at least one postulate realized – said the MP.

He also stated that “either something with partners is determined, everyone keeps his word and just the Civic Coalition kept his word, PSL kept his word, but unfortunately Marshal Hołownia – unfortunately it is worse here.”

“We have so little left to change the president”

MP Łoboda admitted that there were also such findings regarding the subject of abortion. – It's not even about an election campaign. The point is that we have not reached such an agreement all the time that would calmly allow us to vote for these projects in the Sejm – she said.

– We have two projects ready – that is, the third way and the decriminalization project. At this point we are working on those about legal abortion, because we really care about it the most. The Civic Coalition promised legal abortion until the 12th week – said the MP.

However, in her opinion, you should not talk about this subject yet, “because the election campaign is not conducive to compromising.” – What we see after the health premium that every coalition partner is confirmed in his position. And we also have such characters as Grzegorz Braun, who even in front of the campaign in me on the meetings of the Extraordinary Commission, disorganized them, and now in the election campaign we would have additionally arguments, which are completely unnecessary and certainly will not serve this matter – she argued.

– And at the end I have Andrzej Dudawhich will definitely veto any project regarding the liberalization of abortion law. We have so little left to change the president. We will return with the ally at the Presidential Palace with these projects and then we will have a really chance for success – she concluded.
